The St. Columba's High School Alumni Trust was established in 2021 by a group of dedicated Ballie Boys. It is a legacy preservation and support organisation committed to serving alumni and the broader community. The Trust is rooted in the enduring values of St. Columba's High School in Athlone on the Cape Flats, and seeks to honour and extend the profound impact of the educational institution.
The Trust preserves its legacy and heritage through capturing the memories, stories, and achievements of past generations by documenting and cherishing the school’s rich history. This dedication ensures that the spirit and influence of St. Columba's endure for future generations.
Of equal importance, and guided by the principle of "Action with Impact," the Trust also channels its efforts into creating meaningful change in the areas of Education, Sport, and The Arts. Through financial and strategic support, it fosters growth, empowerment, and enrichment for individuals and the community, building a sustainable and impactful legacy.

We believe that the unique spirit of our iconic high school should not be lost or forgotten. To this end we will work towards capturing the experiences and memories of those who have, in some way, been associated with St Columba's High School and celebrate the positive impact that the school had made in their lives, those of their families and on the Athlone community as a whole.
In true Ballies spirit, we will strive to help our fellow alumni and their families, provide support, and uplift our communities where possible.
